Lewis CaliburnELAC has unveiled its latest flagship loudspeaker: the CONCENTRO M 807. Designed for discerning listeners and high-end audio enthusiasts, this four-way bass reflex floorstander combines state-of-the-art acoustic innovation with sculptural elegance.
At the heart of the CONCENTRO M 807 is ELAC’s proprietary VXe (Variable Coaxial Electric) technology, featuring six A-XR midrange drivers arranged in a circular ring around the centrally mounted JET 6c tweeter.
This unique coaxial array offers spatial precision and a customisable soundstage – an innovation that allows audiophiles to fine-tune the balance between direct and diffuse sound with a simple rear-panel switch.
With 25 configuration options per speaker pair, users can tailor dispersion patterns. The speaker features dual 250 mm aluminum sandwich woofers with impulse compensation, delivering deep and controlled bass, while six-axis milled internal cabinet reinforcements are used to eliminate standing waves and enhance acoustic performance.
A handcrafted JET 6c tweeter provides detailed highs that extend into the ultrasonic range and the high-grade crossover network includes premium components such as film capacitors, air coils and MOX resistors.
The cabinet is finished in an elegant high-gloss black or white, complemented by premium aluminum accents.
