What’s new? This year in July, CAVD became the new UK home for the renowned Las Vegas-based CI speaker brand, Origin Acoustics. The brand’s enormous range of audio solutions for installers means CAVD can provide exceptional sound and ease of installation for every inch of the home and garden. Brand new PRO-A DSP amplifiers from Origin Acoustics drive all models of the outdoor landscape range of speakers, ensuring pristine audio quality and long-term reliability. The new Seasons Outdoor (OS) range of speakers are for entry-level outdoor audio projects and provide the Origin sound with simple mounting brackets. Following the Origin Acoustics announcement, CAVD also became the UK distributor for the full range of AudioControl amplifiers and immersive audio products. What’s new with AudioControl? Exciting models are soon to be announced at CEDIA Expo. There’s lower pricing available in the UK now, plus AudioControl now speaks Dante! The Director M6800D multiroom DSP amplifier is equipped with Dante and you must ask CAVD about how simple this is to apply, and how it will improve your residential installations. Product and Dante-specific training from CAVD and AudioControl starts in September.
