Sound Service (Stand 3) has several intriguing products and concepts to check out at this year’s show. Register for EI Live! 2025 right here.
IsoTek will be one of the brands taking centre stage on the stand as the distributor showcases the powerful range of power treatment and conditioning products, designed for both two-channel and multi-channel systems.
The event will mark the first UK appearance of the re-designed SMART Power Delta and Alpha lines. Designed for the custom install market, the SMART Alpha is a discreet 1U (44.5mm) high rack-width component delivering full system control of connected electronics via RS232, LAN and Wi-Fi through a secure online interface. Dedicated codecs for Control4 and Crestron platforms are also included.
The Alpha features eight C14 IEC output sockets along with RS232 via traditional and USB ports, and a LAN Ethernet port for Wi-Fi control. The unit protects connected equipment up to 40,000A, with input power supplied via a standard IEC C13/14 connection.
Key features include: naming each outlet and its connected electronics, individual outlet on/off control, remote reboot, sequential start-up and programmable delay times. A ‘Lite’ version of the Alpha is also available, offering a similar but slightly reduced feature and connection set.
The SMART Delta PDU is a larger 2U (89mm) high rack-width component. It mirrors the Alpha in terms of connectivity and control, with support for RS232, LAN and Wi-Fi through the same secure interface and control system compatibility. Delta features sixteen C14 IEC output sockets, 16A IEC C20 input power, and a protection rating of 54,000A against surges and voltage spikes.
In addition, the Delta reduces both Differential and Common Mode mains noise, with each socket independently cleaned to avoid cross-contamination between connected electronics. Like the Alpha, Delta is also available in a ‘Lite’ version.
The distributor will also present the new IsoTek V5 Syncro Uni 10 (10A) DC-cancelling device. This innovative product rebalances the mains sine wave on the zero volts line to dramatically reduce or eliminate transformer hum and vibration. It can be used as a standalone solution for a single component or paired with other IsoTek power cleaners to rebalance the sine wave across all output sockets.
An evolution of IsoTek’s original DC-cancelling technology, the V5 Syncro Uni 10 delivers a 60% boost in current handling with a corresponding reduction in impedance. Internal peak current now stands at an impressive 16A.

Hidden Talent
Sound Service will also highlight the Secret Custom Install speaker range and new outdoor models from French loudspeaker specialist TRIANGLE.
The Secret range includes nine discreet loudspeaker models, designed for flush installation in hollow wall and ceiling spaces. Created to maximise space and maintain aesthetics, these products are ideal for background music or full home cinema systems.
TRIANGLE’s outdoor range, including the GARDEN 7 and EXT 7 models, is built for durability and acoustic performance in outdoor environments. Designed for use in gardens, patios, pool sides or terraces, the GARDEN 7 takes a bollard-style form while the EXT 7 is wall-mountable. Both are housed in UV-treated polypropylene shells and are IP66-certified to withstand rain, dust and water splashes all year round.
Also on show will be the HARVEY matrix—a flexible audio and media control system suitable for home cinema, PA and conference applications. The system offers analogue audio inputs and outputs, along with a variety of control interfaces. Audio processing is extensive and can be tailored to each application, with configurations saved and recalled via preset.
Thanks to its versatile control interfaces, HARVEY connects with a wide range of devices and serves as a central hub for audio, lighting and media control. It eliminates the need for additional converters by translating data between interfaces. The HARVEY Composer software interface allows intuitive project design via drag-and-drop with real-time contextual configuration.
Lastly, Sound Service will showcase the IsoAcoustics V120 Mount—a ceiling and wall mount solution that incorporates the company’s award-winning isolation technology. Designed to support studio monitors weighing up to 40lbs (18.1kg), the V120 decouples the monitors from walls and ceilings, reducing structure-borne vibrations and improving sound clarity.
