DM NVX On-board Entertainment
NVX is the latest addition to Crestron’s family of DigitalMedia products making it possible to transmit 4K60 4:4:4 HDR video over standard 1 Gigabit Ethernet, with no latency. This makes it possible to create a secure on-board network that guarantees reliable signal and content distribution throughout a Yacht. Guests can ‘stream’ content – watching movies, music videos and TV shows in high quality, without signal disruption that can occur off shore, whether they are in a bedroom or on deck. Crestron says NVX is a popular choice thanks to its scalability which can cater for every size yacht, and its guarantee of no latency and optimal quality visual display.
User Experience
Crestron’s control hub area will offer a realistic demonstration of how the user experience could be on board. Three touch screens will be showcasing the ETO experience and their ability to have complete control of all aspects of the superyacht and another three touch screens will show the perfect end user experience for guests, and how they can interact with the superyacht via Crestron.
Crestron Shades and Sheers
Fully integrated lighting and shading control, including Crestron’s brand-new Horizontal Sheers, created specifically for superyachts will also be on-board.
