Lewis CaliburnRussound has launched a new warranty programme. By participating in the brand’s voluntary Double Your Warranty program, Russound purchasers can double the Limited Warranty period on popular Russound products.
“The Double Your Warranty program was designed to give greater peace of mind to our customers,” says Charlie Porritt, CEO of Russound. “Maximising your enjoyment of our products is important to us.
“That means that our warranty is not just some words in your owner’s manual. To us, it’s a commitment by everyone on the Russound team to stand by their work. To honour that commitment, we’re excited to offer this program to our customers”
The warranty extension is offered on the brand’s most popular controllers, the SMZ8, SMZ16-PRE and MCA-66, the manufacturer’s top-selling music streamer, the MBX-AMP, and all of the new D-Series multichannel amplifiers, the D890, D1290 and the D1675.
This program doubles the existing warranty period from two years to four years. The only requirements to qualify are purchasing the required number of Russound speakers and registering the products, along with their accompanying Russound speakers using the online form on Russound’s website within 30 days of purchase.
