Legrand AV is the division of Legrand that supports both the residential and commercial AV markets. The group owns brands such as Chief, DaLite, Vaddio, Projecta, and more recently, Middle Atlantic products.
Middle Atlantic racks, often the rack of choice for both markets, has been distributed in the UK & Eire by RGB since 2004.
Up until now, any stock that couldn’t be delivered next day from RGB’s own stocks in their Swindon warehouse, would be either on its way by sea or flown directly from the USA. Now, with the additional support of Legrand’s 100,000 sq ft warehouse in Weert, The Netherlands, 7 days ought to be the longest to wait for any popular item.
The renowned service and support that has been available from RGB for many years will continue as is; knowledgeable advice, technical support, demonstration facilities, CEDIA accredited installer training, bespoke face plates, recently added e-commerce, and the dedicated Racks & Power team, Paul Herridge, Nigel Thompson and Paul Warneford.
So, RGB says that in the UK & Eire, it’s good business as usual, from the same company, with unrivalled knowledge and experience. But, a little faster.
As part of the amalgamation, Legrand will cease production of Chief racks and Middle Atlantic flat screen mounts.
Talking racks, RGB also has exclusive distribution of Lande racks, a strong complement to Middle Atlantic racks. RGB says customers benefit from having not just the very best, but by far the biggest range of racks to choose from.
Now with a choice of metric and imperial sizes, and an unbeatable range; economic entry level, right through to the ultimate in flexibility, all from one supplier.
RGB will be making further announcements regarding the distribution of other Legrand products, such as; Chief, Vaddio, Projecta and DaLite, meantime, the company will focus their efforts on helping to manage the current transition of Middle Atlantic racks.
