Kevin Durant’s former penthouse in Miami is now available for rent.

The residence at 900 Biscayne Bay is on the market for $20,000 (£13,000) per month.

In May the Oklahoma City Thunder star sold the penthouse to its current owner for $3.15m (£2m).

At 3,793sq ft, the penthouse features three bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a formal living room, gourmet kitchen, a five-seat home theatre and private lift.

The penthouse is equipped with a Crestron whole home control system and Sonos music server.

There are Lutron lighting solutions and Somfy shade controls for the energy-efficient sliding glass doors and windows.

Its waterfront view overlooks Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, which can be seen from the 991sq ft of terrace space.

Additional amenities include a Sub-Zero refrigerator, oversized soaking whirlpool tub and 36in white-glass floors.
