High-quality music streaming and download service, Qobuz has announced that it is the sponsor of the 2025 Brick Lane Jazz Festival. Taking place from April 25 to 27, the festival will bring together emerging and established artists in London’s dynamic underground music scene. Qobuz will support the live event and continue the partnership afterwards with exclusive content.
Jazz is the third most-streamed genre on Qobuz. The company is sponsoring two of the festival’s stages – the Main Stage at Village Underground and Rough Trade East – where performances will be recorded and later released as an exclusive, high-resolution compilation album.
Brick Lane Jazz Festival will capture the sets from these stages in high-quality audio and Qobuz will release the album later this year.
“Brick Lane Jazz Festival and Qobuz are a perfect pairing,” says Dan Mackta, Managing Director at Qobuz. “We are happy to support the creativity of these artists and look forward to releasing high-resolution recordings from the festival.”
Ahead of the festival, Brick Lane Jazz Festival has curated a playlist on Qobuz to preview some of the standout artists and music featured in the 2025 lineup.
Described by Timeout as “young, cool, underground and genre-blending,” the Brick Lane Jazz Festival is renowned for showcasing artists who push musical boundaries, fusing jazz with hip-hop, neo-soul and electronic music.
With all festival venues within a minute’s walk of each other at the Truman Brewery site, it attracts not only jazz fans but also lovers of music, culture and live performance.
“This collaboration with Qobuz gives our artists a chance to be heard far beyond the festival weekend,” says Juliet Kennedy, Founder of the Brick Lane Jazz Festival. “We’re excited to partner with a platform that understands our artists and helps bring their craft to listeners who care about sound and substance.”
