Aquavision is the originator of in-wall and waterproof televisions for indoor/outdoor use and consumer, commercial and marine applications. The Aquavision range includes screen sizes up to 100in and offers compatibility with the world’s leading integration systems including Control4, Crestron, AMX, Savant and RTI.
“I couldn’t be more delighted to welcome Aquavision to our expanding family of world-class British audio visual brands.” comments David Baxter, Pulse-Eight Group CEO, “A pioneer and market leader for well over a decade, with access to additional investment and expertise from within the greater group, we believe that Aquavision is in
pole position to become the preeminent name in the waterproof screen market globally.”
Aquavision MD, Alastair Benn comments, “Joining the Pulse-Eight Group provides access to the resources required to take our brand to the next level. By tapping into the R&D and manufacturing expertise of Pulse Eight, the marketing and customer service skills of Gallo Acoustics, and the extended sales and distribution reach of the collective group, I believe Aquavision can truly realise its worldwide potential. I’m extremely excited about where the next chapter in our story will take us.”
Following the acquisition, Alastair Benn becomes Brand Director for Aquavision within the expanded group. The group is exhibiting all three brands – Pulse-Eight, Gallo Acoustics and Aquavision at CEDIA Expo 2023 in Denver, Colorado from today until the 9th of Sept., then at EI Live! 2023 in the UK from September 13-14.
Revolution
Pulse-Eight has also announced that it will be showcasing its new Video-Over-IP technology, OneIP at EI Live! 2023.
The maker describes OneIP as a game-changing solution that offers bidirectional functionality and the ability to send video and audio from anywhere, to anywhere, over a single cat5 cable.
Pulse-Eight says that OneIP is unlike anything currently available in the market. It allows for flexibility of hardware placement and simple content management within a network, and the ability to simultaneously transmit and receive. This means a user could have the TV in the living room showing a movie on Sky, while at the same time the Xbox in the living room is sending its audio and video to a third room, all in glorious 4K quality.
Attendees of EI Live! 2023 will have the opportunity to see OneIP in action for the first time in the UK and experience the future of video distribution says the company
