Built for professional integrators and demanding enthusiasts alike, Envy Commander makes it faster and easier to configure, monitor and manage even the most advanced Envy installations through a modern, intuitive interface.
The madVR Envy is known for delivering reference-grade video performance, regardless of source, content, or display. With Envy Commander, madVR Labs brings that same philosophy to the user experience, introducing a modern control layer that enhances setup, day-to-day operation and advanced configuration.
Envy Commander runs on virtually any device through a web browser – no app installation required – and is optimised for a fast, responsive experience across a wide range of screen sizes. It supports both first-time and expert installers with selectable basic and advanced views, plus extensive customization to match each user’s workflow. Whether you want quick access to essentials and Setup Wizards or deep control over advanced settings, Envy Commander keeps the experience streamlined and efficient.
At the core of Envy Commander is a real-time connection to the Envy processor that stays synchronised in both directions. Changes made in Envy Commander apply instantly to the Envy hardware, while changes made via the Envy on-screen menu or an external control system appear immediately in every connected Envy Commander client, eliminating guesswork and ensuring everything reflects the current state of the Envy.
Envy Commander introduces patent-pending innovations designed to make advanced configuration easy to understand. For example, it clearly reveals how Profiles and Settings interact to deliver maximum flexibility, helping integrators configure, optimise and manage sophisticated systems with greater speed and confidence.
Designed for real-world installation environments, Envy Commander includes a live monitoring dashboard with detailed information on incoming and outgoing signals, enabled algorithms and overall system status and health. Its modern interface is built for fast navigation across desktop, tablet and mobile and it supports multiple technicians working simultaneously from different devices, with changes synchronised in real time.
