To mark its 25th anniversary, Atlas Cables has released the Atlas Arran Transpose Speaker Grun 25th Anniversary Edition: a strictly limited and highly exclusive version of the company’s most revered OCC copper speaker cable.
Only 25 individually numbered pairs will be produced and offered globally on a made-to-order basis. Each cable will be handcrafted in Scotland and tailored to the personal preferences of its owner.
The 25th Anniversary Edition is wrapped and hand-stitched in fine Caledonian Sage by Muirhead Leather; part of the Scottish Leather Group which has graced the seats of the House of Lords, House of Commons, Concorde, The QE2 and the Orient Express.
Clients may also choose their preferred stitching type and colour, making each pair completely bespoke.
Signature features include engraved aluminium stoppers bearing the 25th Anniversary emblem and unique serial numbers, with the option to engrave the client’s signature.
Each pair is presented in a commemorative, laser-etched box featuring the buyer’s name and accompanied by a handwritten letter of thanks and certificate of authenticity signed by the Atlas team.
The 25th Anniversary Edition Arran Speaker Cable is priced at £7,000 (2m stereo pair, minimum length), with an additional length option of £1,800 per extra stereo metre and an optional stitch upgrade of a Baseball Stitch for +£100 per stereo metre.
