The maker says Blok is a perfect fit with Monitor Audio Ltd’s portfolio as the brands both have a reputation for design excellence, superior product quality and strong value.
Established in 2003, Blok is a well-respected manufacturer of meticulously crafted Hi-Fi stands, designed at the company’s headquarters in Saffron Walden, Essex.
The manufacturer’s STAX range was created to deliver timeless minimalist lines combined with AV performance.
Monitor Audio has long been an admirer of Blok and even before the purchase used the stands to showcase the maker’s Roksan products and as the perfect complement to their loudspeakers.
With the recent launch of its premium Gold Series of loudspeakers, and the continued growth of its Custom Install range, Monitor Audio has had a successful start to 2019.
The acquisition of Blok reflects this success and puts the company on the front foot for the year.
The expectation is that the synergy between the brands will create exciting possibilities for Monitor Audio, Roksan, Blok and their customers.
