Prove your humanity

Designed to be thinner and smaller than previous in-wall models, the new speaker comes with a twist, able to provide three separate solutions from one base product.

Waterfall uses its Atohm drivers and its other technologies and places them in a specifically designed back-box fabricated with high density ABS material.

The inner part of the back box features two layers of damping and insulating material in which is nested the speaker front panel (made of die cast aluminium).

The first solution the product offers is the classic look of an in-wall with a magnetic perforated paintable steel grill, which fits flush to the wall.

However, installers can also call on a second solution which offers the same speakers, but with a unique look featuring a white glass adapter and regular ‘Hurricane’ white grill.

The third option comes with a black glass adapter and regular Hurricane black grill.

Waterfall says the sealed enclosure brings more control over the sound and prevents audio loss and sound leaking into other rooms.

The speaker also offers strong high density fiber ABS material, fire resistant, combining strength, rigidity, resistance and toughness.

The speaker also has a filleted back box and special layered damping material which helps in the treatment of the back waves and vibrations.

Dimensions should also help with install versatility as the product is just 73mm in depth with its back box.

There is also an ‘easy lock’ system for ease of installation.

The front part of the Atohm silk dome tweeter is made of die cast aluminium to limit vibrations and it uses the ADP technology (anamorphic dispersion patterns ) which helps in providing a better dispersion out of axis and limits unwanted reflections in the very high frequencies.

The main Atohm driver is made of a special alloy cone which is connected to a rubber surround with LDS technology (Low Diffraction Surrounding) designed to provide a natural flow of the sound wave without interference diffraction.

The neodymium magnet system incorporates a copper ring to cancel the eddy current on the pole parts and to provide a more stable magnetic field with reduced distortion.
