StreamUnlimited will be showcasing its StreamSDK technology, a customisable set of components utilised in the implementation of streaming media services or enhancing existing platforms with streaming functionality, at ISE 2016.

StreamUnlimited is a supplier and technology developer for multi-room audio streaming solutions that are compatible with many common devices and functions, including UPnP/DLNA, Google Cast, USB, wireless and Ethernet, Android, Apple iOS and more.

The most recent additions to StreamSDK are Google Cast and TIDAL, providing a fast-track to companies integrating these services into consumer electronics products.

Additional audio technology that will be featured includes what the manufacturer is calling ‘the fastest audio synchronisation currently available on the market at less than two microseconds’.

Developed in partnership with Texas Instruments (TI), this coveted multi-room audio solution also allows for wireless in-room left/right synch.

The TI partnership has also lead to the launch of the robust StreamUnlimited’s audio network mesh.

This mesh technology achieves better reach and improved audio quality and off-loading the access point.

Recent work with Summit Semiconductors has resulted in a wireless multi-room multi-channel solution that will also be featured.

Those product developers who need a room correction option can see how StreamSDK’s recent integration with Dirac works.

“We are excited to be attending ISE 2016 in Amsterdam this year with the amazing audio technology we’ve recently developed for StreamSDK with our semiconductor and streaming audio partners,” says Frits Wittgrefe, chief executive officer for StreamUnlimited.

“Both dealers and manufacturers will see the advantages these technologies give them in both the feature-rich products that are created and the reliable installations that delight customers and are profitable for the integrator.”
