The WiiM CI MOD A80 is presented as a state-of-the-art stereo amplifier made for the custom install industry.
Featuring a sleek form factor and front-panel touch controls, designed for rack mounting, the WiiM CI MOD A80 also boasts the same proven WiiM Home operating system and app, giving installers access to a discrete solution that can easily be stored in a media room, as opposed to the existing in-room WiiM products.
Its creator says the CI MOD A80 produces unparalleled audio quality thanks to the built-in ESS DAC paired with a TI TPA3225 Class-D amplifier, ensuring every detail of the music is reproduced with precision and clarity. Enhanced wireless connectivity, with built-in dual-antennae, as well as its improved circuitry, components, and thermal design, deliver stable performance even in the most demanding environments. With the separately available mounting plates, it’s easy to fit two CI MOD A80 amplifiers side-by-side within a 2U 19in rack space.

WiiM says the company is committed to offering high-quality, feature-rich, and affordable audio and smart home products. With an innovative voice-compatible user interface, audio streaming technology, wide selection of music service integrations, patented smart home solutions and regular feature updates, WiiM looks to deliver products that enhance consumer’s lives through musical enjoyment.
These factors have proven popular in the wider consumer market, where, in recent years, WiiM has seen a boom in popularity thanks to its extensive feature set and keen price positioning throughout the whole product range. The new WiiM CI range, which also features a rack-mountable streamer – the WiiM CI MOD S – transfers the existing experience into more installer-friendly hardware.
The WiiM CI product line is sold exclusively through custom installers via a focused network of distributors in the UK and Ireland including Henley Audio, with stock expected during November 2024.
