Lyngdorf Audio has announced a Qobuz Connect update for the brand’s top-of-the-line streaming amplifier TDAI-3400.

Lyngdorf Audio has just announced a music streaming update for its flagship streaming amplifier, the TDAI-3400. The update adds the brand-new Qobuz Connect feature and continues Lyngdorf Audio’s policy of being a pioneer in adding the newest features to existing products.

Users select music from the Qobuz App, select the Lyngdorf TDAI-3400, and stream in highest quality, simple.

Playing directly from Connect apps has several advantages, says the company; Simply open the Qobuz App, choose a song, playlist or album, select the Lyngdorf unit as the player, and stream music directly in high-quality. All this happens without workarounds, third-party apps, or data-compressing detours over other network devices.

The software update with Qobuz Connect will be available for every TDAI-3400 owner and free of charge. The maker also announced that more Lyngdorf amplifiers and home cinema processors with Qobuz Connect will be added at a latter date, more details on that when we get them.

Roland Hoffmann, Director of Product Marketing, Lyngdorf Audio, says, “The TDAI-3400 is our top-of-the-line streaming amplifier, and we continue to add new features to this model first – for example being among the first to add Tidal Connect, HDMI 2.1, and now the highly anticipated Qobuz Connect. For the owner, these updates keep the product up to date, retain its value, and always ensure the best listening experience.”
