AliceInvision has added Luxul’s XAP-1210 high power wireless access point and the ABR-4400 AV series multi-WAN gigabit router to its product portfolio.
The XAP-1210 provides Wi-Fi performance within a sleek design that allows for discreet mounting on ceilings and other flat surfaces.
Combining Luxul signal enhancement and multi-stream 802.11n wireless technologies, it delivers wireless coverage whilst driving data statistics – making it particularly suitable for residential environments.
The manufacturer claims that the technology provides ‘four times the coverage of traditional Wi-Fi equipment’, while the integrated PoE makes for easy installation, as only a single Ethernet cable for both power and data is needed.
To complete the set-up, the ABR-4400 series allows up to 512 concurrent device routing entries. This commercial grade router features rear panel ports and front facing LEDs for clean integration with AV rack systems.
“By moving all the connections to the back, Luxul has delivered installers the same high performance router but with a more aesthetically pleasing and cleaner look overall,” comments David Meyerowitz, product specialist at Invision UK.
