Jordan O'BrienInvision UK has officially acquired the business and assets of Anthem AV Solutions Limited, the East-Sussex-based specialist distributor of home cinema systems.
Anthem AV represents numerous home cinema brands in the UK, including Paradigm, Anthem, SIM2, Trinnov, DVDO and Screen Innovations.
The company was the brainchild of Alan Roser, who built a loyal customer base since starting the company in 2008. Alan sadly passed away in March however, after battling cancer.
Invision UK plans to continue the Anthem AV brand as a standalone division of the company; with it retaining its offices and showroom in East Sussex. Anthem AV’s management is also expected to remain in place.
