ARCAM has appointed CUK Group as its exclusive distributor for the Custom Install sector across the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The appointment coincides with the introduction of new AV models and a complete loudspeaker range joining the Radia Series, creating fresh opportunities for integrators delivering premium audio experiences.
The agreement strengthens the relationship between the companies, with CUK already representing ARCAM’s sister brand JBL Synthesis as part of the HARMAN Luxury Audio group. The distributor brings established experience in high-performance residential AV and integrator support to the partnership.
Founded in 2005 by Managing Director Stuart Thomson, CUK has developed a strong presence in the UK and Irish markets, with an emphasis on training, demonstrations and technical support. Its distribution centre in East Kilbride features dedicated AV training suites alongside extensive stockholding designed to support installer requirements.
Demonstrating its ongoing commitment to education and engagement, the company opened a new training and demonstration centre in Ascot in July 2025. The facility showcases high-performance systems incorporating JBL Synthesis and other premium components across both multi-functional media rooms and dedicated home cinema spaces. Combining immersive demonstrations with hands-on sessions, the site reflects the distributor’s approach to supporting integrators and promoting tailored system delivery.
