It’s a big year for Crestron EMEA in the training and support department, with the company appointing yet another key position in its leadership. Steven Dullaert, Crestron’s current director of distributor sales, has been promoted to director of operations and customer support EMEA.

Having worked with Crestron for over 15 years, Steven already has quite an intricate knowledge of everything going on inside the home automation giant. He began his career as an engineer in technical support, yet now he will be leading the team. He has also occupied the role of technical sales within Benelux and Eastern Europe and distributor sales manager.

In his new role, Steven will become a key member of the senior management team and based in Belgium he will be responsible for bringing customer service and operations together with a focus on the customer.

Commenting on his promotion, Steven notes: “I am humbled by the trust and faith that the company has placed in me. I will take this opportunity to help growing our organization further by focusing on customer satisfaction.”

Robin van Meeuwen, CEO Crestron EMEA, adds: “Steven has been in charge of customer support for two years now and has made significant changes to the team and his management and leadership style has turned this division into a very effective organisation. I am confident that he will be able to support the logistics and customer care department in the same way. With almost 20 years of experience at Crestron, he knows the company and products inside out, and I have no doubt that Steven is the right man to lead the operations.”
