Jordan O'BrienPulse-Eight, the AV control and distribution manufacturer behind the popular neo line of matrices, is turning its hand to distributing another manufacturer’s wares. The company has announced that it has been appointed the master distributor of RTI products in the UK, meaning it will be responsible for supplying dealers with RTI’s range of control and automation products.
This is not the first time RTI and Pulse-Eight have teamed up. The two firms originally joined forces to launch Pulse-Eight’s video distribution technology in the United States, with the products leveraging the RTI brand in the region. This is the first time Pulse-Eight has physically acted as a distributor, however, with the firm now the go-to destination for all of RTI’s products in the UK.
“RTI and Pulse-Eight have been working on a strategic partnership based on the tight integration of our two product lines,” said Ed McConaghay, CEO of RTI.
“As we began to understand the value of each other’s resources, together we determined that Pulse-Eight’s presence in the UK presented a unique opportunity for both companies. We’re grateful for the dedicated support Invision has given us for the last 10 years and look forward to offering dealers even more local support as we continue to build the RTI brand across the UK.”
Invision is set to remain as an RTI distributor in the UK, allowing both firms to assist with RTI’s growth in the market. Pulse-Eight will stock the RTI’s line of control, automation, and AV distribution solutions for dealers and distributors in the country, while providing them with service and support.
