CUK strengthens its high-end home theatre lineup with another high-profile cinema brand, Sim2
A leading light in the field of cinema projection for over thirty years, Italy’s SIM2 is globally renowned for its innovative technical prowess and its leadership in perfecting High Dynamic Range as the ‘real revolution in video imaging and home cinema performance’. Use of excellent lens optics and laser light sources combined with Texas Instrument’s large format 0.66-inch UHD DLP technology and proprietary image processing software delivers a peerless union of high brightness and high contrast for spectacularly cinematic image fidelity on screen, argues the brand’s new distributor.
Commenting on the new partnership, SIM2 Sales Director Massimo Zecchin says, “CUK’s success and experience in supporting custom projects large and small for commercial and residential customers offers us a way to realise even greater market recognition and profile across the board with a new range providing a wider spectrum of project sizes and budgets, from the most luxurious integrations to smaller cinemas and media rooms, with superior SIM2 image quality.”
CUK MD Stuart Thomson said: “we’re delighted to be working with one of the world’s most accomplished innovators in home cinema projection. Its pursuit of excellence in a technically challenging aspect of immersive theatre design dovetails perfectly with CUK’s objectives in providing the very finest products and support services to custom integrators.”
