Corefix is part of the Metex family, a British company focused on solving everyday problems for tradespeople. Over the years, the company has built a solid reputation for strong, well-thought-out wall fixings that do the job properly and stand up to real-world use.

Taking Stand 79, the company will be offering hands-on demos of some key products.

Corefix Connect is a trusted go-to fixing system for dot and dab walls, where plasterboard is mounted over blockwork with a gap in between. Its patented steel core bridges that gap, transferring the load straight back to the blockwork. The result? No bowed plasterboard and no worries, just a solid fixing you can trust when mounting heavy items like TVs, cabinets and shelves.

A newer product, Corefix Spike, is a heavy-duty self-drilling plasterboard fixing designed to be quick and easy to install for pros. All installers need is a screwdriver, no drill required. It goes in quickly, bites hard and carries impressive loads, making it spot-on for AV installs, shelving and other heavy-duty jobs, says the company.

The team will also be handing out free Corefix Connect samples at the show, so visitors can see the difference for themselves. On the stand attendees can meet Shaun from the Corefix team, ready to answer your questions and talk through the range. Also joining the show effort will be James McEvoy from MKL Cable Solutions, who will be sharing his hands-on experience using the Corefix range on the job and offering tips.

So, whether you’re new to Corefix or already using the company’s fixings, stop by at EI Live! Stop by for a chat, pick up a sample, and see first-hand how the Corefix range can help you get stronger installs with less hassle.
