Anatech Distribution, UK Distributor for Bluesound and NAD Custom Install high-performance audio products, Audioflow Smart Speaker Switches and Blucube -inceiling speakers, have announced that their products and pricing has been added to the Specifi and WeQuote proposal generation platforms.
According to Keir Livock, Bluesound Brand Manager for Anatech, this is in growing recognition of the demand for these tools, Keir explains, “This doesn’t mean that we necessarily want to push our clients down this road, we’re equally happy to help building quotes ad hoc – it’s just that we’re seeing an increased adoption of these two platforms, which offer value for money and good features. We might look at others in the future, if there is similar demand – it’s all about delivering options for our dealers.”
WeQuote is billed as the only UK-centric quoting platform with real-time trade pricing from suppliers. Partnered with the UK’s biggest suppliers the platform delivers trade prices, product additions and discontinuations updates every night. The WeQuote platform is also described as being built by an AV and controls integrator in the UK meaning all of the features have been built, tried and tested in the field to provide solutions for real-world problems.
Specifi was created as a complete project management platform designed for the AV industry, beginning life as a platform for a well-known UK distributor as a tool for their customers. The system allowed customers to build projects as they shopped. In a short amount of time, the software grew to offer pretty much everything an installer could need when quoting a project, and more again. These days the platform is available to all across the AV sector.
