Prove your humanity

Snap One, now part of ADI Global Distribution, has introduced its Lux by Control4 keypads, dimmers and receptacles at Lightapalooza 2025 in Booth #506.

Designed for luxury spaces, this reimagined and reengineered new collection of lighting controls are designed with aesthetics in mind, while offering flexible and customisable choices for luxury spaces – and are launching later this year.

“With Lux by Control4, we’re providing customers with the premium offering they’ve been requesting to win more luxury projects,” said Jeff Thomas, Senior Director of Product Management for Lighting at Snap One. “This line represents a major leap forward in lighting control design that combines refined style with ergonomic functionality, integrates seamlessly with our industry-leading Control4 automation platform, and gives Snap One and ADI customers a luxury option for discerning clients who want the very best.”

Blending aesthetics and functionality, the Lux by Control4 lineup features premium metal faceplates in a variety of colours and finishes with new dimming technology. Offered in both wired and wireless versions, these sleek, architecturally inspired lighting control interfaces can be customised to complement surrounding design elements while accommodating the unique installation and integration needs of any project.

The Lux by Control4 line emphasises personalisation. Each keypad features a cohesive aesthetic with meticulously arranged buttons and geometric precision, all set within a uniform, refined faceplate. The Lux dimmers include the brand’s new patent-pending dimming technology that provides current and voltage control for optimised dimming for a wide variety of load types and increased load capacity ideal for dimming LEDs up to 600W. The faceplates incorporate built-in magnets, enabling tool-free installation, removal and reapplication with ease.

“We’re excited to preview this new product line at Lightapalooza as a testament to our commitment to innovating in lighting and lighting control,” added Jeff. “We know that lighting is a big area of opportunity for our customers, and as a combined business, we’re here to support our customers through continued product innovation as well as training sessions and sales education.”

Also at Lightapalooza, Control4 is presenting an educational training session called Lighting the Way: Essentials for DALI Beginners. This course covers everything from the fundamentals of DALI technology to proper installation and testing of DALI products.

Additionally, participants can experience a live demo of the integration steps involved when integrating DALI lighting with a Control4 control system. Two sessions are available, Tuesday, January 21 at 2 pm under the controls track, and Thursday, January 23 at 10 am under the manufacturer training track.
