Holiday Inn receives surge in bookings following Vieunite Pro and Textura digital displays install

A recent installation of Vieunite Pro and Textura digital canvases at Holiday Inn Telford is reshaping the way the hotel engages with guests. The project, delivered in partnership with proAV, highlights how digital art displays can enrich ambience, streamline communications and create fresh revenue opportunities for hospitality venues.

Southwater Event Group, which manages the Holiday Inn Telford, wanted to replace printed posters with a premium digital solution that would blend seamlessly with high-end interiors and be effortless for staff to update. 

The result is a network of Textura canvases – each styled with walnut frames and anti-glare, texture-accurate displays – that present artwork from the Vieunite curated library interwoven with the hotel’s own promotional content. Guests encounter vibrant art collections punctuated by timely updates on leisure facilities, seasonal offers and events.

“It actually looks like a piece of artwork using the artwork that we’ve got access to, the frame around the artwork. It just looks so, so professional,” says David Coe, Group Hotels Operations Director at Southwater Event Group. “Even training the staff, it takes five minutes to show somebody else how to upload digital content.”

From Christmas promotions to live leisure-club updates, staff now manage everything remotely through the Vieunite Pro portal on desktop or mobile, ensuring timely messaging with minimal effort. “The ability to change your promotions on the go, no matter where you are,” says David.

The hotel reports a noticeable uplift in Christmas and New Year bookings since the installation, crediting the high-impact digital canvases for keeping key messages front-of-mind while enhancing the guest environment.
