New from cable manufacturer, Webro is its range of fibre options for TV and satellite installers.

“Many TV, satellite and AV products require a much greater level of integration than they did a few years ago as part of the trend towards ‘smarter’ homes and the rate of progress,” comments a Webro spokesperson.

“Whether ‘SMART’, 3D or 4K, even the best televisions won’t be able to perform at their best without the best cabling and that’s where we come in.”

The manufacturer claims that its fibre-optic cables have been ranked as ‘the UK’s fastest’ by Ookla’s Net Index.

Available in a variety of fibre counts, Webro’s fibre-optic cable range can carry data over much greater bandwidths than its copper counterparts, allowing installers to ‘future-proof’ installations.

Included in the fibre-optic cable for TV range are single-mode fibres such as DAC, DDAC CTAC and MDIC fibre cables, selected for easy stripping, preparation and installation.

The fibre-optic cable range is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, while LSZH versions of all of Webro’s fibre cables are available. In addition, the manufacturer also stocks a wide range of fibre connectivity accessories from connectors and patch cords, through to splicing technology designed to make FTTH deployment much easier and quicker.

All cables are available in custom lengths, with most available for next-day delivery.
