Technological Innovations Group (TIG) has formed a partnership with NFS Technology Group to offer the Crestron-compatible Rendezvous scheduling software to customers.

This is a move that offers TIG’s integrators the benefit of being able to specify NFS’s Rendezvous scheduling software as an add-on to the Crestron room scheduling panels, such as the TSS and TSW range.

Rendezvous is a user-friendly, yet advanced software platform that manages the entire meeting booking experience. Based on full integration to Microsoft Exchange (and others), it allows the user advanced search, booking and reporting functionality for both meeting spaces and hot-desking, from a simple web or mobile application.

Rendezvous functionality also includes visitor management and the booking of services like catering and AV. The Rendezvous API enables clients and partners to fully integrate with a range of solutions, including visitor experience, hospitality, parking and building controls, as well as asset management.

“Our vision is to provide a full range of AV and IT technologies and software solutions that complement each other to create superior, fully integrated smart spaces in any environment,” says Robin van Meeuwen, TIG’s CEO.

“Forming a partnership with NFS was a logical step for us as their software solutions are the ideal addition to smart workplaces. Our customers are going to love how easy it will be to add Rendezvous to their room booking panels, and will benefit greatly from the return on investment offered in terms of improved efficiency and customer service.”

“We are really excited about our partnership with TIG,” adds Luis De Souza, NFS’s CEO.

“Having developed our integration with the Crestron platform, the TIG relationship adds great value for clients using the Crestron solution, by enhancing workspace management using Rendeavous to deliver a better ROI. TIG’s vision of supporting clients to build a fully integrated workplace also aligns well with the NFS approach, which is based on the Rendezvous API.”

Headed up by van Meeuwen, Technological Innovations Group (TIG) works with brands at the forefront of leading-edge technology development and specialises in engaging customers across all verticals including integrators, resellers, specifiers, and leading design agencies.
