AV technology specialist Peerless-AV has announced a new design consultancy programme for Direct View LED (DvLED) video walls called SEAMLESS.
The company says the programme has been created to make the whole process of installing an LED video wall as smooth and straightforward as possible, from start to finish, no matter how complex or challenging the application.
Partners and installers benefit from a choice of LED mounting solutions, together with a unique, all-inclusive support offering, including design and engineering services, custom capability for indoor and outdoor, technical training and more.
“In today’s rapidly growing LED market with so many players, it’s important that installers know who to trust for bespoke design consultancy, project handling and installation techniques to avoid any potential install failures and public safety risks,” says Tom Fenton, Business Development Manager EMEA, Peerless-AV.
“We’ve acquired extensive experience through years of partnerships with major OEMs. We have many exciting and successful installation references on a global scale, and we recently started providing AVIXA certified technical training in the UK, which we plan to roll out across EMEA in 2020.”
Peerless-AV says it is at the forefront of the LED market with universal, dedicated and custom DvLED mounting solutions for indoor and outdoor.
Not only are these solutions quick and easy to install, but they are safety tested, quality assured, modular for easy transportation and damage prevention, and precision engineered with display specific adaptors and mounting patterns, underlines the company.
Now, through the SEAMLESS LED design consultancy programme, customers in EMEA benefit from Peerless-AV’s in-house LED R&D and custom engineering capabilities encompassing full CAD drawings and structural integrity reporting, with the back-up of comprehensive liability insurance.
FEA reports on stress, load and deflection testing, marketing support and rebate structures are also available to Peerless-AV installation partners.
On-line configurator
SEAMLESS has been created to make the process – from design to installation to maintenance – even easier for customers.
An integral part of the programme is the online LED Video Wall Configurator, announced earlier this year, which enables users to design their required configuration factoring in critical information such as mount weight, power consumption and display resolution, and request a quote within minutes, to speed up development time and delivery.
The latest addition to the SEAMLESS programme is technical training. During the AVIXA CTS Approved ‘Direct view LED Mount Install Training’, installers will discover the different options for LED mounting, wall types and fixings required, cabinet differences, and will get hands-on to learn install tips and techniques along the way.
By the end of the course installers should be confident in specifying the correct mount for any application and be able to install LED solutions quickly and effectively.
The next training course will take place in conjunction with Exertis Pro AV Showcase 2019, on November 5, Genting Hotel at Resorts World Birmingham. Contact the company direct for more information.
