The SDVoE Alliance has announced Shenzhen HDCVT Technology Co., Ltd, a leading manufacturer of AV solutions, has upgraded its membership to become a contributing member.

“In a world where data and rich video content are expanding exponentially, people need higher resolutions, faster connections, longer extension and more flexible installations. SDVoE addresses these requirements and is becoming ever more popular,” says Chris Lai, general manager, HDCVT Technology. “We chose to upgrade our membership to take an even more active role in developing the market and empowering our customers with innovative SDVoE products.”

“HDCVT was one of the original 14 members at the inception of the SDVoE Alliance at ISE 2017. We are proud that they are thriving in the SDVoE ecosystem with outstanding products that benefit so many of our members,” adds Justin Kennington, president of the SDVoE Alliance. “We look forward to their continued collaboration at this higher level.”

HDCVT will be exhibiting its SDVoE product line at ISE 2020 (RAI Amsterdam, Feb. 11-14) on Stand 5-T150. The SDVoE Alliance will be on stand 1-F40.

The Alliance underlines that all AV distribution and processing applications that demand zero-latency and uncompromised video can benefit from SDVoE technology, which provides an end-to-end hardware and software platform for AV extension, switching, processing and control through advanced chipset technology, common control APIs and interoperability.

SDVoE network architectures are based on off-the-shelf Ethernet switches, thus offering substantial cost savings and greater system flexibility and scalability over traditional approaches, such as point-to-point extension and circuit-based AV matrix switching.

Founded in 2010, Shenzhen HDCVT Technology Co., Ltd specialises in professional audio visual signal processing, distribution, transmission, switching and control automation products. As a member of HDMI, HDCP, HDBaseT, SDVoE, Dolby, DTS, and Dante, the company strives to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology.
