Sony recently worked with manufacturing brand, Instarmac Group plc to install five Sony Bravia displays across its UK office to revamp the way the company communicates internally.

Instarmac Group plc has a 37‐strong fleet, employs 173 people and offers six product brands for highway maintenance solutions, urban regeneration, tiling, flooring and internal finishing.

Instarmac didn’t just need a screen, but rather a communication tool that could display live data and updates for the customer service team. They also needed a new digital signage solution to display corporate videos, marketing materials and product updates within the business as well as for visitors to the office.

Instarmac Group plc wanted a communication tool to display information for its customer service team including phone stats, calls‐in‐waiting and live data. The company also needed a solution for its sales and marketing team to display corporate video, marketing campaigns, product updates and any changes and updates within the business for internal use.

Sony’s Bravia Professional Full HD Colour LED Displays were suggested and installed by Videonations Ltd as the obvious choice to fulfil the company’s communication needs.

A 75” Sony Bravia Full HD Professional display was installed by Videonations on the sales and marketing floor, additional 65” and x2 55” Sony Bravia displays were added in the same office, and a 55” Sony Bravia screen was installed in the boardroom for use in meetings.

With support for HTML5 built in, Sony Bravia offers a complete entry‐level networked digital signage solution with no extra boxes or player hardware needed with no need for any special training. Flexible connectivity for android and Google Cast options opens up the opportunities for use, with a built-in signage platform, built-in control system, 17/7 operation and RS232 and IP control.
