Those visiting Bose Professional on stand 7-C172 at ISE 2016 can get to grips with the manufacturer’s new F1 Flexible Array loudspeaker family, including products designed for both portable and installed applications – now offering the ability to create up to four different coverage patterns in a wide range of applications and venues.

The F1 Model 812 Loudspeaker is available in both powered and passive models and provides contractors and installers with flexible options for installed sound – particularly suitable for permanent installations in sports bars, live music venues, clubs, schools, houses of worship and any small to medium size venue requiring a high performance loudspeaker solution.

F1 Model 812 loudspeakers include top and rear hang points along with three dedicated brackets for easy and flexible mounting, although pan and tilt, yoke and U bracket options are also available.

Meanwhile, the manufacturer has also added custom features and broader device support to ControlSpace Remote 2.0.

Available as a free download, ControlSpace Remote allows integrators to distribute remote control of Bose Professional networked systems in any venue, for any user, across multiple devices.

Systems integrators will be interested to learn that the ControlSpace Remote (CSR) has been updated across all three of its main components: CSR Builder, CSR App and the newly released CSR Admin.

Starting with CSR Builder, the templated-GUI approach has been expanded with full customisation options, whereby users can now create custom layouts, insert images and create navigation between GUI collections and panels.

Preset configurations have been implemented to make it easy to render the design to each end-user’s device.

The CSR App is available for mobile phones and tablets on both the iOS and Android platforms, whilst the CSR App 2.0 also supports a revamped user interface and support for Apple OSX and Windows PC-based clients.

Lastly, based on direct feedback from end users and integrators, ControlSpace Remote now offers an admin tool for both OSX and Windows machines, where facility owners and managers can self-distribute the App to staff devices.
