Absen has announced the appointment of Vegard Børresen as Business Development Manager of the Nordic region, and Dawid Laskowski as Business Development Manager of Poland. This expansion of the team bolsters Absen’s client relationships, providing direct local support as well as driving new opportunities within these European markets.
Vegard brings extensive experience in sales and regional development to his role, most recently serving as Business Development Director in the Nordic region for another LED brand. With a background in engineering, Vegard has a track record of fulfilling technically demanding projects through precise product knowledge, developing strong relationships with diverse channel partners, identifying new business opportunities across a range of vertical markets, and establishing and disseminating effective sales strategies within his region.
Dawid brings with him over 17 years of experience in sales, marketing and regional management across the digital print and AV markets. Spending nine years as the Country Manager for Poland and Baltics for Christie Digital Systems, Dawid has vast experience in project management, and client and partner relationship development, as well as collaborating across a range of departments from R&D and Technical services to marketing and Logistics.
